Fernando Ortiz and 2027

Ortiz's contract runs to December. Chilean media reported talks around an extension, with squad-building influence presented as an important issue in the negotiations. Treat that as reported contract discussion rather than a completed renewal.

Vozinha in goal

Veteran Cape Verde goalkeeper Vozinha arrived in 2026 and made his league debut in the 0–0 at Huachipato. Reports say his deal runs to December with a renewal mechanism linked to playing time. He conceded his first Colo-Colo goal in the 1–1 draw against Deportes Concepción.

Javier Correa and the attack

Correa scored the decisive goal in the 2–1 Superclásico win, then received a two-match disciplinary suspension following a complaint relating to his post-match celebration.

Youth pipeline

Five Colo-Colo players were named in Chile's men's U20 squad for the 2026 South American Games: Gabriel Maureira, Bruno Torres, Matías Orellana, Vicente Ramírez and Yastin Cuevas.

2026 match access

The club's 2026 “Abono Hincha Preferente” terms list 15 regular-season home league matches, three Copa Chile group-stage home matches and three Copa de la Liga group-stage home matches as included. Later knockout rounds and international competitions are excluded from that specific plan.
